These are by far my favourite drummers:
Lar Ulrich - Metallica, Mike Portnoy - Dream Theater, Chris Adler - Lamb of God, The Rev - Avenged Sevenfold, Joey Jordison -Slipknot ,Jason Bitner - Shadows Fall...

Lars ulrich from metallica, Joey from Slipknot, travis from blink 182 and +44 to name a few international drummers. Local's are such as Izat, Cico from Aces, Abg Aziz and more.

1. Danny Carey - Tool
2.Chris Adler - Lamb of God
3. Lars Ulrich - Metallica

My all time favorite local drummer is Adi from WLK ;) and Karacoma.

3 different styles. But love em all. And yes my all time favorite local drummer is Adi from WLK too! I guess a close second band drummer would be the legendary big guy who owned Teh Tarik Cafe in Stadium dulu.

i like dave weckl,steve gadd,and carter beauford..try to watch mike jhonston at youtube.he is one of my favorite drum teacher as well...its good to play so many genre of music in drums cuz it makes your limbs play different beats so be open to all type of beats..i played beatslike rock,metal,pop, disco, ballad, raggae, mambo,chacha,tango,merengue,mozambique,bossa nova,samba,..i even played a nigerean beat before. i like them all, the variations is really interesting to learn.maybe we could post a video tutorial here as well to help all the drummers here in brunei....what do you think guys?
